We process personal data to operate this website, respond to enquiries and provide agreed services. Optional statistics and chat services require your consent. Technical service providers may process data on our behalf; the services are described below.

SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar.
Your rights
You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to request information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing, as well as, where applicable, a right to correction, restriction or deletion of this data. You may withdraw any consent already given to data processing at any time with effect for the future; an informal email is sufficient.
Where your data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to direct marketing. In the event of a data protection breach, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
Data collection on our website
Cookies
We save your privacy choice for 180 days in your browser’s local storage (bodhi-consent-v1). The preview uses a separate choice. Statistics and AI chat load only after you confirm a choice. “Accept” enables both services. Under “Settings”, both services are preselected the first time you open the settings. Untick the services you do not want and confirm with “Save selection”. Untick both to reject both services. Opening or closing the settings does not activate any service. Previously saved choices are retained when you reopen the settings. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. The website and external booking links work without consent. Optional services do not load if JavaScript is disabled.
Server log files
The provider of this site automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.
Getting in touch
When you contact us by email, phone or through the external booking system, we use your details to respond or provide the booked service. We retain them only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet statutory retention requirements.
Customer and contract data
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary to establish, define the content of, or amend a contractual relationship (e.g. a booked massage). This data is deleted once the engagement is complete or the business relationship ends, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.
Tools we use
Google Web Fonts
This site uses web fonts for a consistent display of typefaces. The fonts are hosted locally on our server; no connection to Google servers is made for this purpose.
Google Analytics 4
With your consent to statistics, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyse visits and interactions such as page views, scrolling and clicks. This processes device and browser information, visited pages and cookie identifiers. Google may also process data in the USA. Processing is based on your consent; where the GDPR applies, under Article 6(1)(a). Without consent, we do not load the Google tag or send cookieless analytics pings. Analytics is always disabled in the preview. We configure Analytics cookies to last no more than 180 days. Withdrawal stops further measurement and deletes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data already lawfully processed. Storage at Google also depends on the Analytics property settings. This new website does not enable Google Signals, advertising personalisation or Google Ads remarketing.

AI chatbot "Bodhi"
The AI chat loads only after your separate consent. Loading it sends technical connection data such as your IP address to Cloudflare. When you use the chat, messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies; processing in the USA is possible. Please do not enter health information or other confidential details. You can withdraw chat consent through “Privacy settings” at any time; this reloads the page and ends the chat.
Our website provides the AI chatbot "Bodhi". The chat widget and technical processing are delivered through Cloudflare Workers. When you use the chatbot, the messages you enter and the conversation history up to that point are transmitted to the Anthropic Messages API in order to generate a response. If you enter contact details such as your name, email address or telephone number during an appointment enquiry, these details are also transmitted to Anthropic.
Our worker does not permanently store chat content; while the page remains open, the conversation exists only in your browser's working memory. For technical rate limiting, the IP address is processed briefly as part of a key in Cloudflare Workers KV. The widget also stores ai-chatbot:bodhi-tree:visited in your browser's local storage so that it opens automatically only on the first visit. This entry does not contain chat content.
For availability enquiries, the chatbot uses the public Hairlist/Belbo interface; personal data entered in the chat is not transmitted to Hairlist/Belbo for this lookup. Weather data is retrieved from Open-Meteo without personal data from the chat.
External links
Bookings use external Hairlist/Belbo links; vouchers are sold in the separate shop at gutscheine.gogoll.ch. Maps, reviews and social profiles also open through external links. This new website does not embed a Google map. When you open another service, its privacy information also applies. Consent saved here is not automatically transferred to these external websites.
